Jade Packer is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and African & Afro-American Studies. Packer holds a Master’s of Science degree in Instructional Technology from North Carolina A&T State University. Packer is a Kids & Education Engagement Program Manager at UNC-TV, where she oversees the implementation of various special education initiatives across the state of NC.  As secretary, Packer prepares and maintains board records, such as minutes and committee reports, and ensures the accuracy and security of the records. With her passion for serving the youth and project management skills, she brings a wealth of experience to Primplife Inc. and the inspirational work we do with young girls.
